Returns & Exchange

THE CHAOS CLUB ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

GOODS RETURN POLICY:

We happily accept returns and exchanges on all items that are in their original condition (new, showing unused; unworn; unwashed; pets hair free etc.) for an exchange or return when purchased via our website and in store. Due to hygiene reasons we will not accept returns on any socks purchased online or in-store, that have been opened or removed from packaging. All tags must be still attached to the item. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the date it was delivered to be able to receive a full refund, store crefit or exchange. Returns initiated after 14 days of the date it was delivered but within 30 days, will be issued with store credit or exchange( we DO NOT offer a full refund duing this time period).  Returns initiated outside of the above time frame will not be accepted. A return or exchange may be supplied subject to assessment at our discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY OFFER A FULL REFUND WITHIN THE FIRST 14 DAYS OF THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED OR IF A REPLACEMENT FOR FAULTY ITEM(s) IS NOT AVAILABLE. 

 

FAULTY RETURNS POLICY:

Any returns on faulty items must be returned within 45 days from the date of your parcel receivement. We will REPLACE a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If the style is no longer available we will offer you an EXCHANGE or REFUND to the value of the item at the time of purchase.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted due to manufacturing faults at our assessment.

SALE ITEMS RETURN POLICY:

We are happy to accept any early sale items. Please Note: We DO NOT accept any final sale items. Final sale items will be marked on the price tag, receipt, our official website, or where it's visible.
